SOUTH AUSTRALIAN TRIP

Combo fly/drive.  From Auckland direct to Adelaide on Qantas Airlines transferring onto Regional Express domestic flight into Port Lincoln.  Here we collected a hired vehicle and began our exciting adventure.  The trip took us 8 days and covered some spectacular scenery along the Eyre Peninsular.  Accommodation was mainly in seaside holiday parks with cabins which were more than comfortable and provided good disabled access.   An agreeable highlight, aside from the fishing, was a dip with the wild sea lions at Baird Bay.  Fishing Target:  TUNA, WHITING, SALMON, SNAPPER among many other species.
